Holika Holika eyeliners have been on a lot of people's radars for a long time. They're very budget friendly and come in a variety of colours. I already own a few colours from the original line but Holika Holika recently release another handful of colours under their Lovely Pop collection. Being a bit of a colour freak, these bright colours attracted me right away.
I picked up Holika Holika Jewel-light Waterproof Eyeliner in #19 Emerald Green($3.92 at roseroseshop) a while back. Despite it's name the colour is much more on the teal side.
The eyeliner goes on smoothly and application is a breeze, for beginners and experts alike. And let me tell ya, this eyeliner does NOT budge! It stays still no matter how much your rub it or even run it under water. Once it sets, it will stay on until you want it off. I could easily wear this under the summer heat for the better half of the day without a smidgen of trouble.
This little gem is great for those who something more adventurous besides the boring old black or brown liners. And with such a great price tag, great pigmentation and great staying power, why aren't you adding it to your cart right now?
My favourite way of wearing this line it as a regular cat eye with a black liner on my lash line. Gives a lovely pop to summer!
