Sephora and Korea haul

One of my friends from Canada went to Korea just recently so I ask her to help me pick out some things from both countries. Initially I was satisfied with my makeup collection thus far, she laughed and I was adamant about my decision. Then this happened. I too laughed at my naivety. A bulk of it is indie k-pop cds I can't find online. And face masks because I've been on a face mask kick lately. Thank you for going around and buying me these master! 

The craziest thing was, the whole package arrive from Korea is less than 5 days with normal shipping. That's right, from Korea to New Zealand in less than a week! I can't even send something between New Zealand cities that fast!

Etude House Play 101 Pencil no.15, no.19, no.44, no.42

There was a lot of hype around these babies when they were first released. Despite that, there isn't a lot of swatches so I had to blindly choose the colours. 

Etude House Collagen Moistfull Cream 

Need a night cream and was recommended this. Bonus! It came with a mini essence!

Aritaum Mono Lid no 24, no.80

I love love matte colours and matte formation Colour Infaillible eyeshadows is all kinds of love. Brought two mono lid eyeshadow colours from Aritaum. They're suppose to be a dupe for MAC's single eyeshadows but at a third of the price. It was hard deciding colours as there wasn't any information on the English side of the interwebs. Looking forward to trying them!

Maybelline Baby Lips Cherry Me, L'oreal Colour Riche Balm Caring Coral, Rose Elixir

The two l'oreal colours are right right up my alley! This was brought at a L'Oreal Warehouse sale for around $3. I'm not sure they've even hit NZ stores yet but an average L'Oreal lipstick is around $25.

My friend brought these so she got get EXO merch and offload these to me. I'm never against freebies so yay!

Missha Face Masks

Have tried some of Missha's products but never any of their face masks. The hyaluronic acid one looks esp alluring for these cold days.

Excited to try this! Have seen Mamonde as a brand floating around the interwebs but never really tried any of their products. Also, flower face masks? Yes please!

Urban Decay Naked 1 Palette

The infamous Naked palette. It's almost an unspoken rule that if you didn't own one of these babies, you couldn't claim makeup addict status. While everyone else and their mothers already has this and Naked 2 and 3, I sat in my lonely corner of the world, naked-less. After swatching this, I can totally understand the hype surrounding it.

I remember frantically trying to get my hands on this when I heard about it. This was actually brought around August last year but I've hold off shipping it as I wanted to buy more things. And apparently Canadian shipping was really expensive. 

KPOP CDs!

Jang Ki Ha and The Faces vol 2 and 1

Jang Ki Ha and the Faces! They're a popular indie band in South Korea who had their first big hit with 싸구려 커피 a few years back. Even by indie standards, their sound is vastly different from anything else that's out there. I'm happy to finally have these two in my hands as there weren't a lot of online Kpop stores that stock them. 

MBLAQ Sexy Beat

MBLAQ's Sexy Beat was an unexpected love from last year. I've never really paid attention to this group before, they've always been on the fringe of my radar but this album was so smooth and sexy, I immediately fell in love. 

10cm 1.0

10cm's first album was such a pleasure to listen to. This is another hard to find CD as they're more of the indie side of K-pop, it was hard finding their album online. My fav songs from this album is 죽겠네, 사랑은 은하수 다방에서 and Beautiful Moon. 

SHINee Romeo, The First Mini Album:Replay

My shinee babies! They look so young back in the days. With these two albums, I've finally completed my shinee discography collection. 

Akdong Musician Play

The talented sibling duo released their debut album back in April. Its full of whimsical indie goodness. The most amazing part is that they wrote all the songs on the album and both siblings are still under 18!
